An early collection developed after completing my Diploma of Textile Design at Ultimo TAFE, Sydney. This work marked the beginning of my exploration into textile design, allowing me to experiment with print, colour and pattern while developing foundational printing skills. In the years that followed, I pursued other professional opportunities and family commitments, but the skills and ideas I explored during this early stage continue to inform my approach to design today. I am now building on these foundations as I work towards establishing Chantalo as an independent fashion textile design practice.
